An attorney–client relationship with an individual attorney is formed only when that attorney agrees in writing to represent you, and not before.

Do not send confidential information

Do not send us details of your case that you would not want disclosed. Because no attorney–client relationship exists, what you send us is not privileged and we cannot promise to keep it confidential.

Deadlines will not wait for us

Legal claims are governed by statutes of limitation and filing deadlines, and missing one usually ends the claim permanently. We cannot tell you what your deadlines are, and our review process takes time. If you have a legal problem, speak to a lawyer or your local legal aid office now rather than waiting to hear from us.
