Accounts

Give us accurate information and keep it current. If you register as an attorney, you are representing that you are admitted in each state you list, that your bar number for each is correct, and that you are in good standing. Listing a state you are not admitted in is grounds for immediate removal, and we will report it to the relevant bar.

Membership is at our discretion

We review every sign-up and may decline or withdraw membership without giving a reason. Approval is not an endorsement of anyone, and listing in the directory is not a referral.

Campaign participation

Putting your name forward for a role is an offer, not an appointment. Where you are accepted onto a legal matter, your professional obligations in that matter are yours alone: conflicts, competence, confidentiality, cover and your state's rules. We are not co-counsel and we do not supervise your work.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to solicit clients in breach of your state's rules, to harvest member details, to misrepresent your credentials, or to publish anything about an identifiable person that you have no right to publish.

No warranty, and limits

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that information here is complete, current or correct, and we are not liable for anything done or not done in reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
